By creating an account or using SPM AI you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy & PDPA Notice.
1. Eligibility
SPM AI is for students preparing for the SPM examination. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on your behalf.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use SPM AI for your own revision. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or build a competing product from the platform or its content.
3. Intellectual property & data
All software, design, questions, notes, AI outputs, and all insights, analytics, models and data derived from use of the platform are the property of SPM AI. All rights reserved.By using SPM AI you grant us the right to collect, store and analyse your usage and content (including for learning analytics and psychometric/aptitude analysis) as described in the Privacy Policy.
The learning profile questionnaire, the subjects and chapters you pick, and the daily reminder and focus timer are optional. You can skip or change them at any time under More, and ask us to show or delete them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the platform, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Educational aid & disclaimer
SPM AI is a study aid. AI-generated grading and explanations may contain errors and are not a guarantee of exam results. SPM AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Lembaga Peperiksaan or the Ministry of Education.
6. Termination & governing law
You may stop using SPM AI and request account deletion at any time. To cancel a paid pass, see section 7. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7. Payment, access & refunds
Access is sold as a one-off pass for 3 months (92 days). The founding price is RM99.99 for the first 100 students who pay. After that the price is RM189.99. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer and upload the receipt. We read the receipt with an AI tool and check the amount, the recipient, the date and the transaction reference. Access opens when the check passes or a team member approves the payment. A receipt that does not match, was used before, or cannot be matched to a real transfer is refused. Access given for a payment that is later found not to have been received may be withdrawn.
If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra amount in full. Otherwise a pass that has been opened is not refundable, except where the law requires.
Cancellation is handled manually. There is no cancel button. To cancel a pass or ask for a refund, contact Support: Ts. Navien, 0177878312.
8. Referral partners
Teachers, tutors, tuition centres and others may apply to share SPM AI and earn a commission. An approved partner receives a referral link. For each student who signs up through that link and whose payment is confirmed, the partner earns 10% of the amount paid for their first 9 sales, 15% for sales 10 to 29, and 20% from the 30th sale.
A payment that is withdrawn or refunded earns no commission. Referring yourself does not count. Commission is paid by bank transfer to the account the partner gave us. We may decline or end a partnership, and may change the rates for future sales by telling partners first.
